- Eligibility: Items must be in original, pristine condition. For stationery, this means notebooks must have unwritten pages, and pens must have their original factory seals intact.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit) once our team verifies the condition of the returned item, minus any original shipping costs.
